EXPERIENCE
Americorps VISTA: Community Outreach & Development, Springifled Family Center, Springfield, VT. Sep ’20 – Present
· Assisted Executive Director in all aspects of daily operations and securing funding
· Seek and develop new relationships with grantors (Family Trusts, Private Organizations, State/Federal Grants)
· Write (21 grants over 2 years) and edit grant applications and follow up in reports
· Maintain accurate data tracking (grant calendars and amounts, updated client data tracking sheets)
· Assist in all aspects of major annual fundraising events including: planning, securing sponsorships and in-kind donations, creating marketing materials (flyers, booklets, posters, etc), organizing/hosting raffles and silent auctions
· Creation of mailing list, donor solicitation letters, and print marketing materials for annual individual giving campaign and sustaining donor campaign
· Scheduling, coordinating, note-taking, and occasional hosting of board and development team meetings to plan for fundraising events
· Creation of digital newsletters, educational video programs, and community-centered virtual and in-person events to promote the organization’s services
